The HTC Touch Pro2

The HTC Touch Pro2 is, of course, a smartphone, and so is designed to work effortlessly in a business environment. With this in mind, HTC have enabled it to turn seamlessly from a personal mobile to a full conference phone system. If you're on the phone to someone, you can switch it to conference mode simply by turning the phone over, whereby it'll instantly turn into a speaker phone.

Pick it back up again, and it reverts back to a personal phone. Beautiful, elegant, and so simple, it's a wonder it was never thought of before!

The Touch Pro2 comes with a large 3.6" touchscreen, which should make Web browsing almost as good as desktop-based Web browsing, and all the usual paraphernalia, including GPS, 7.2Mbps HSDPA. It also comes with a bevvy of sensors, including proximity, gravity and ambient light sensors. Not only does the HTC Touch Pro2 know where it is, therefore, it knows which way up it is, how close to you it is, and even what the lighting conditions are like.

One of the more impressive Windows Mobile phones at MWC this year was the HTC Touch Pro2. Sporting the same enhanced TouchFLO user interface as the Touch Diamond2, the Touch Pro2 features a smaller camera (3.2 megapixels, compared to the Diamond2's 5 megapixels), but a much better keyboard. As you can see from the pics, it features a full QWERTY keyboard that slides open and pivots.
